Marfrig announces Moy Park changes
Marfrig has announced the start of a transition within the Moy Park leadership team in Europe, which will see the roles and responsibilities in the company change. The announcement was made after CEO Nigel Dunlop confirmed his retirement, after having been in the position for the past six years.
Janet McCollum will be taking over the CEO position in January, after having worked as the group finance director for the company. She has previously worked for Coca Cola and Schweppes.
Marfrig Group CEO and chairman Marcos Antonio Molina dos Santos said: I would like to express my sincere and warmest thanks to Nigel for his personal contribution to the success of Moy Park and for his support to the wider Marfrig Group during his time with the company. I would also like to congratulate Janet on her appointment as Moy Park CEO and wish her every success in the new role. Between now and the end of the year Nigel will work closely with Janet to ensure a smooth and effective transition for the business.
