The role;
- Working with the HR Manager to support the strategy delivery and agenda for operating, optimising and controlling the delivery of the H2R processes
- Develop and use KPIs to monitor process performance evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of current processes
- Developing reporting and user guide’s to deliver training across the group
Your experience;
- Excellent knowledge of Payroll, time attendance and HR systems
- Experience gained working with SAP would be highly advantageous
- Project management experience would be a clear advantage
- Excellent communication skills
