Vacancy Details
We are seeking a highly creative NPD Technologist or NPD Chef with breadth of product experience and excellent culinary knowledge to lead a small team and work closely with a range of retail customers.
The role:
- Fully using your exceptional food knowledge combined with market and consumer trends to add value to retailer product development
- You will work with a real diversity of products and have the opportunity to fully flex your creative muscles.
- In addition you will continue to develop a strong understanding of the broader market place, creative influences and consumer demands to develop commercially viable products that reflect exceptional quality.
- You must have excellent project management skills and be as comfortable working with customers as you are hands on in the development kitchen.
About you:
- You should be degree qualified in a food science/food technology or related discipline or a qualified chef with some food manufacturing experience.
- We are seeking a truly innovative individual with a real passion, affinity and love of food underpinned by a strong commercial acumen.
- You must be able to show a track record of delivering successful products to the market place and have an exceptional food knowledge.
- You must be motivated and team orientated but most importantly truly innovative.
