The role:
- An excellent first post graduate position this role will enable you to gain hands on NPD and sensory experience in a small, friendly and supportive team.
- You’ll be development kitchen based and be part of the team that works on ground breaking new products and trends.
- You will develop an excellent understanding of the market place and food trends and use this knowledge to influence NPD activity. You’ll work closely with technical and marketing teams to deliver products to market that meet the business vision and reflect genuine innovation.
- Day to day you’ll work with suppliers, make samples and support factory trials.
Your experience:
- As a graduate in a food science/technology or equivalent subject you‘ll bring a high level of enthusiasm and commitment to learning to the role.
- You must be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and NPD and an understanding of current food trends
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to be flexible will be key to your success.
- In addition you will gain significant exposure to a variety of retail customers and a broad variety of development projects, an excellent opportunity to learn all round NPD and sensory skills in a supportive and friendly environment.
