A unique opportunity to join an growing food manufactures’ producing premium products for the retail market. This is a highly creative role that would suit an individual with a passion, knowledge and love of food as well a strong understanding of current food and consumer trends.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing exceptionally creative products from concept through to launch
- Researching new ways to produce and improve the quality, processing and packaging of products
- Bringing innovation and creativity to the team and supporting colleagues on a range of NPD projects
- Modifying and improving existing recipes
- Maintaining awareness of new, innovative and relevant market trends and bringing innovative concepts and new product ideas to the team
We are seeking a candidate ideally experienced within a previous product development role. You will have an excellent understanding of the market place and food trends and a passion for NPD. Most importantly you must bring your passion and enthusiasm for food and be able to translate this into commercially viable products.
