Truly creative thinking drives this NPD team to deliver ground breaking innovation and first to market products across a range of categories.
The role:
- Driving and delivering product development across a range of categories and in partnership with a key customer
- Delivering against briefs and proactively identifying and delivering additional opportunities for range expansions and new products.
- Playing a key role in managing customer relationships using original and inspired ideas for presentations and meetings.
- Developing products with commercial and technical considerations right from the start of the development process.
About You:
- Already held an NPD role within the food industry with a level of ownership and autonomy for the development process from concept to launch.
- Passionate about food with a broad range of food influences.
- A track record of delivering products to market and experienced in working closely with customers and delivering pro-active concepts.
- An excellent understanding of current food trends and a breadth of product knowledge would be highly advantageous.
- Happy to working under your own initiative from supplier interaction through to customer presentations, launch and beyond.
