Your role:
- Leading operational matters on site from goods in through to despatch
- This will include KPI adherence, value added development of work practices and the ability to solve novel problems.
- Team development, clear leadership and coaching skills are also key. Your ability to develop relationships from shop floor to board level will be critical.
- You will also be involved with projects and multi-disciplined team work to deliver improvements and you will be passionate about delivering change.
- Alongside the day to day cut and thrust of leading a fast paced operation you will play a significant role as part of the senior leadership team contributing to continued business growth and success.
Your background and skills:
- We are seeking a candidate with experience already gained in a senior operational role in a fast paced food manufacturing environment.
- You’ll be able to demonstrate exceptional numeracy skills and have clear ownership for a complex and demanding set of KPI’s.
- We are seeking strong leadership skills and you’ll be able to bring a clear vision for getting the best out of people and processes. You will be able to demonstrate a clear problem solving aptitude.
- This is a demanding leadership role in a fast paced and complex operation but clear rewards and opportunities exist for career development.
