We’ve got a great position for a Production Shift Manager. Operating from state of the art facilities your role will be critical in driving operational performance in a fast paced chilled food environment.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead your team to successfully deliver your lines KPI’s and drive business performance.
The role
As the Production Shift Manager you will:
- Be responsible for Production Health & Safety and you must ensure this is adhered throughout your team.
- Working with the Technical team to maintain Quality standards in all of the Products which are produced.
- Within your team help in building a team atmosphere around getting it right through use of the businesses values.
- Monitor KPI`s and aid in reducing loss of money through looking after: wastage, output, OEE and look at ways to reduce these.
- Develop training plans with your team to aid in pushing best team performance.
The Candidate
You will have worked as a Production Shift Manager or Section Manager within a FMCG manufacturing operation, ideally across Food Manufacturing. You will have the ability to challenge decisions and behaviours to ensure consistency and you will demonstrate your ability to problem solve. We would also love you to have proven experience, working as a strong hands on leader, with the ability to build excellent relationships that drive results.
