Supplying premium bakery products to a range of high profile customer this innovative business is growing rapidly. In this key role you will lead the business through growth and investment with a focus on people development and engagement as well as reviewing and optimising existing manufacturing processes
The role:
- You will be responsible for all operational matters on site and be a key member of the leadership team contributing to development and implementation of the site operational strategy
- You will be responsible for leading the site operational team, this will include KPI adherence, value added development of work practices and the ability to solve novel problems. Team development, clear leadership and coaching skills are crucial.
- You will also be heavily involved with projects and multi disciplined team work to deliver improvements and product and process innovation.
Your experience:
- You will be able to demonstrate leadership experience in a senior operational role within a food manufacturing environment that includes bakery experience.
- You will be able to demonstrate a strong analytical ability coupled with a record of driving delivery of sustained improvement as an individual and through teams.
- Your ability to get the best out of people will be essential to your success.
- Experience of working within a bakery manufacturing environment is essential for this role.
