As a Night Production Shift Manager, you will be looking after a fast-moving Food Manufacturing site you will be tasked with putting your mark on the night shift, driving performance, and implementing continuous improvement practices where you see fit.
Reporting into the Site Production Manager, the role will suit an experienced shift production manager / Senior Production Supervisor looking for a new and exciting challenge working in a state of the art facility.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and leading a team, ensuring targets are achieved.
- Ensuring the production plan is met
- Holding regular team briefs, appraisals and 121 reviews and arrange any training needs.
- Driving Continuous Improvement across the business.
- Ensuring site KPIs are achieved
- Manage team rota and holidays.
The successful candidate will have:
-Experience of working within a Food Manufacturing environment
-Lean experience
-Six Sigma would be advantage
-Strong people manager that leads by example
