Production Team Leader
An opportunity has risen with my client who is very well known brand and has a reputation for producing exceptionally innovative and high quality products, supplying into the grocery retails. They seek to recruit a Production Team Leader to lead and motivate a team on shift in their high care, fast paced factory.
Reporting to the Production Shift Manager, you will have an understanding of and use effective KPI’s to achieve results with in your team. You will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are met in time and will deliver this through effective management by getting the best out of your team through clear leadership. You will promote exceptional quality and health & safety standards on site whilst motivating and effectively managing your direct reports.
You will have previous supervisory or managerial experience within the food manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for all operational matters on shift and lead a team of c25 production operative. People development through leadership and coaching will also be key. You will have an enthusiastic and hands on approach, ideally with continuous improvement knowledge. A flexible, adaptable and positive approach will lead to success in this role.
This role would suit an individual who is currently a Shift Manager, Team Leader or Production Supervisor.
