Production Team Leader
Day Shift (4 days out of 7)
We have an opportunity for a Production Team Leader to join a long established Food Manufacture based in Derbyshire
The role
-You will be joining a long established company who can offer good long term prospects with plenty of opportunities to expand your existing skill set.
-You will be responsible for leading a small team,
-You will be responsible to ensuring the smooth running of the production process.
-You will be tasked with ensuring that all products are produced to the specified specifications,
-You will make sure targets and deadlines are met to achieve the orders.
-You will also have responsibility to ensure that all staff comply with the company’s Health and Safety procedures.
About you
-Experience of managing / leading a small team
-HACCP Knowledge and experience
-Food Hygiene and Health and Safety certificate
-Lead by example, ensuring a safe & efficient work place is maintained
-Facilitates problem solving
-Flexible, self-motivated approach
-Gained experience working within the food industry
