With multiple sites in the UK, this business is part of a rapidly growing £multi-million group.
The role:
- You will be responsible for all operational matters including KPI adherence, value added development of work practices and the ability to solve operational problems
- You’ll lead a team and be responsible for the development of skills within your team, excellent coaching skills are crucial
- You will also be involved with projects and multi-disciplined team work to deliver improvements and product innovation
- A flexible, adaptable and positive approach will lead to success in this role
Your experience:
- We’re seeking a candidate with experience gained in an operational people leadership role within a food/associated manufacturing environment
- You’ll be KPI orientated with a background that demonstrates a clear commitment to continuous improvement and the ability to improve performance through both people and process development
- Able to show experience of working under pressure and at pace you’ll be a key decision maker
- You will promote exceptional quality and health & safety standards on site whilst motivating others to do the same
