Vacancy Details
The role:
- Become the process specialist for the site
- Identify and develop new manufacturing processes for the business that may enable new products
- Hands on management of process improvement projects including waste reduction and improving process efficiency
- Troubleshoot process challenges to successful resolution
- Supporting the NPD team with successful scale up
- Assessing new opportunities and practices to help the business attain future goals.
About You:
- Hands on process development experience gained in a fast paced FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Project Management experience
- The ability to gain buy in for new initiatives with clear commercial justifications
- Analytical and creative, able to challenge existing processes
- Confident presentation skills
