Hybrid Working
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a £multimillion leading, Group manufacturing business. Dominant in their market they are focused on quality and delivery of product and have built their ongoing success on their exceptional innovation combined with their ongoing belief of developing the people they employ.
Reporting to the Senior Buyer you will be responsible for;
- Working with suppliers and business stakeholders to identify and implement areas of improvement to drive efficiency
- Implementing contracts and commercial agreements, identifying and mitigating supply chain risks
- Develop and maintain department purchasing processes
- Support with the development of sourcing strategies and the supplier assessment programme
Your Experience;
- Ideally you have gained experienced within a procurement/buying role within the FMCG industry focusing on either Commodities or Indirect categories
- You will be committed to continuous improvement, and who thrives on change.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required
- Experience gained working with SAP would be advantageous
