The role
- Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for the day-to-day management across grocery retail accounts and both own label and branded products.
- Responsible for all elements of account success including driving the category agenda, price and promotional activity, managing margin performance and aligning innovation strategies.
- Be the customer champion working collaboratively with technical, manufacturing, supply chain, category and innovation teams to deliver creative solutions and recommendation’s that meet the customer’s needs
- Strategic management of delivery of productivity and cost target management
About You:
- Previous National Account/Commercial Manager experience that includes grocery retail account management and reflects a level of strategic account input.
- A great relationship builder, able to add value through an understanding of both data and financial metrics as well as bringing innovation and creative vision.
- A proven track record of innovative and stretching growth.
- Passion and genuine interest for food.
