Working as a research leader in a commercial research group you will be a top-quality scientist with great people motivation skills and a commercial outlook.
Day to day your role will be varied between budget management, staff management and motivation, scientific quality monitoring and technical project delivery
In order to succeed in the role and be credible with the client base you will be a degree qualified agronomist or plant physiologist with research experience in agriculture, agronomy or crop science. You will have a broad technical knowledge of the food industry in the UK and into Europe.
