Looking for a dedicated and organised Sensory and Consumer Scientist to work as a sensory panel leader for this Brand leading non-food FMCG client. Effectively managing the team to deliver sensory projects from inception right the way to completion making sure that all KPI are met.
Day to day you will be planning work schedules with the panel assistant to ensure work is completed on time and within budget. Regularly monitoring the panel performance and scheduling any additional training that is required to maintain quality and in addition recruit replacement panellists when needed. You will also need to call on all of your project management skills to manage the client relationship ensuring that data produced meets their needs and is of high quality. You will also liaise with the rest of the business who are not onsite to ensure all commercial issues and opportunities are explored.
