Working for a well know food and drink consultancy this role is based in their expanding Regulatory Affairs team. The team support Alcoholic Drinks industry including Breweries businesses in the UK and Europe and advise on worldwide regulatory and labelling compliance issues.
The role:
Providing food safety support on beer and alcoholic beverages.
Ensuring all information, training courses, databases are complete with up to date information.
Work closely with analysis and testing departments to ensure information flows between regulatory affairs and biochemistry groups.
Managing projects to time and budget – actively contribute to the development of the group.
The person:
Degree qualified within food science or technology.
Experienced within Food Safety or Regulatory Compliance in the Alcoholic Drinks or Brewing industries.
Excellent communication skills – confident to present data and information in written and verbal form.
Experienced in managing own work load balancing longer projects with short term tasks
