The role
• You will have responsibility to lead and develop the technical team.
• Using your skills to ensure the highest quality standards are met. This will include being audit ready to customer accreditation and BRC requirements and compliant with the latest food safety regulations.
• As the Technical Expert on site you will be able to work in partnership with a range of high profile retail customers, ensuring and promoting best practice and ensuring strong long term technical relationships.
• The ability to provide clear departmental leadership to a focused and highly competent technical team will be crucial.
The person
• Of graduate calibre with technical leadership experience in a high care food environment, you will be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic approach to your work.
• Experience of audits and retail customer expectations is essential.
• Your ability to switch between hands on technical needs to site strategy will be crucial
• Experience leading a technical team and ensuring your team individually and together reach their potential
