Your role will be diverse and cover quality systems, accreditation including BRC and customer standards, continuous improvement activity, supporting the NPD process and internal auditing. You will work closely with your team and offer support on technical matters and lead projects to improve quality performance.
You should already have gained experience in a QA role within the food industry and have a good working knowledge of BRC and standards. Some people leadership experience is essential as is high care food experience. You should be passionate about delivering the highest quality standards to customers and consumers alike. You must be able to question and challenge existing systems and influence and implement change as well as build strong relationships.
