In support of this growth we are seeking an individual to take the lead in technical and NPD activity on site.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the highest standards of product quality and food safety
- Leading and managing a small technical and hygiene team
- Leading BRC and all audit requirements
- Customer relationships and building excellent partnerships with them
- Ensuring and promoting best practice
You must have:
- Previous experience in a QA/Technical role within the food industry that includes previous people management
- Previous experience of exposure to NPD and an understanding of process development
- Experience dealing with the major retailers and meeting their specifications
- Experience of managing BRC and customer audit activity
