Fantastic opportunity to join a growing food manufacturing business at an exciting time. You`ll help ensure the fresh products of our leading supermarkets and suppliers are produced and delivered to the exacting standards required by the company and its customers.
About the role:
- You will have to plan and manage the highest quality standards to meet client’s requirements.
- You will lead, co-ordinate and support the QA Team to reach their full potential
- To be present in the production areas to influence, motivate and champion daily GMP, hygiene standards and compliance
- Determining and communicate quality procedures, standards and specifications
About you
- Experience in managing all quality issues in a food production environment, preferably in chilled, fresh, short shelf life products.
- Already having gained some experience in a leadership role but with a genuine enthusiasm for supporting and training team
- Ability to approach a problem in a clear and logical manner
- A forward-thinker able to remain calm and focused in changing situations
- Forward thinker, Dynamic, proactive, confident and resilient.
