Vacancy Details
Working as part of the site Technical team on a busy site producing a real breadth of added value products for a range of retail and foodservice customers.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing raw material and finished product specifications for a range of customers
- Managing packaging artwork
- Supporting customer technical queries
- Supporting new product introduction with product costings and technical requirements
- Managing EPD projects as required
Your experience:
- You’ll need to have already gained experience in a technical/process role within food manufacturing and have a good working knowledge of HACCP and BRC.
- You’ll have a good foundation of food and labelling legislation knowledge
- Some experience already gained in managing customer specifications
- Flexible and organised, able to work with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders within the Technical, Process and Customer teams.
